The Smoked Cheese en Cloche is undoubtedly one of the tastiest foods on the Sublight Lounge.
What would steal your heart the moment you see it is its classy presentation. This dish is served inside a glass dome that is smoked.
Once the dish is kept on your table, the glass dome is removed. The next thing you would notice is that the smoke would fill the room, making everyone drool.
Because, well, the flavors and aroma of the dish is the next thing that would steal your already stolen heart. This cheeseboard would treat your taste buds with a riot of flavors.
This dish contains Crushed Pistachios that come with Smoked Gouda, Pumpkin Seeds with Black Goat Cheese crusted on them, dried cheddar with Jalepeño crusted on them, and Bacon with White Cheddar. Sounds delicious, does it not?

The Silver Sea Martini is here to take to taste buds on a roll in terms of taste. It is made of passionfruit, ginger, lemon, gin, and mint. If you are a martini lover, we are very sure that you won’t have enough of this drink.
Mustafar Tuber Chirps at the Sublight Lounge
No one can deny the fact that we love to munch on something until our food arrives, right? And, a platter of vinegar and salt chips makes it to the top of the list of such orders. If you are one of such munchers, you should give the dish Mustafar Tuber Chirps a try.
Well, we are super sure that you will not be disappointed with it. These chips are house-made and plant-based. They are one of the best kettle chips that you would ever taste. That there is a bonus, is it not?

If you have kids on board with you, then there you got the dish that they would eat without a word. And, if you are an adult, stop yourself from getting addicted to it because they are that good, yes.

But when it comes to taste, it is so much more than just that; it is unbelievable. The dish contains an egg that is soft boiled and has a delicious sausage coating. Next, the whole thing is dipped in turmeric aioli and a soft and sweet cake batter and then fried.
