Disney World is Voted as the Most Popular Tourist Destination

If you ask people in the US where they would most likely want to vacay, the most common answer will be Disney World. Moreover, the good news for Disney lovers is that Disney World has now become the most popular tourist destination.

According to Forbes, a study conducted by the Next Vacay booking service looked at TikTok travel videos and searches for specific destinations to determine the world’s top five destinations. The following are the top five destinations according to TikTok rankings:

  • Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida (over 8.6 billion views)
  • Paris, France’s Eiffel Tower (719.6 million views)
  • Dubai’s Burj Khalifa (1.9 billion views)
  • Agra, India’s Taj Mahal (over 377.4 million views)
  • Arizona’s Grand Canyon (around 273.2 million views)

That’s correct! The most popular tourist destination globally, Disney World, came in first. While it is incredibly delightful news, it seems Disney fans were already confident about this. However, overshadowing the popularity of world wonders such as the Taj Mahal and Effiel Tower is a big deal.

So you’re not alone if you like Disney World to other destinations throughout the world. Disney World is still quite popular, at least among social media users, and will most likely remain so for a long time.

Why should you visit Disney World?

In comparison to Disneyland, Disney World Resort has a significantly larger assortment of theme parks, shopping, and lodging options.

Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom are the four theme parks at Disney World. In addition, Disney World also includes two water parks and Disney Springs, a massive shopping and dining area.

Magic Kingdom is Disney World’s most famous park. There’s nothing quite like seeing Cinderella’s Castle at the end of Main Street USA for the first time. With many of the same attractions, Magic Kingdom most closely resembles the atmosphere and inspiration of Disneyland Park.
