Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Boatwright’s Dining Hall

Now, if you have heard about the Boatwright’s at Disney’s Port Orleans, it always has something new from the southern flavors.

This time they have come up with a Seafood boil made of mussels, Andouille sausage, and lots of shrimp. This dish comes with a corn cob, spiced Cajun potatoes, and a nicely toasted baguette. It has a mouth-watering flavor if seafood is game for you.

But don’t worry if you don’t like seafood; you can try their Blackened Rib along with mashed potatoes, seasonal veggies, and the famous Cajun butter as the dip.

Now, the star of the new additions is the ‘Taste of the Bayou.’ It’s a platter with a little of everything. The platter has hickory pork ribs, smoked sausage, roasted corn, Cajun butter, crispy Cajun spiced chicken, mashed potatoes, barbecued beef, and some vegetables. Isn’t that something that you would like to try? Just keep it on your checklist when you come here next!

If you don’t eat meat and want something plant-based, then they have that too on the menu! Plant-based meat is something worth trying at least once, Boatwright’s Harvest Red Beans and Rice is a must-try. It’s made with plant-based sausages cooked with red beans, onions, peppers, and celery with cornbread and rice.

Now, it is finally time for dessert! They have three options on the menu now. Starting with the Southern Cheesecake topped with caramel, they also have the plant-based dessert, Blackberry Cobbler, and the most favorite Mississippi Mud Crème Brûlée.

It just doesn’t end there. To finish your meal, try ordering their newly added Big Easy Whisky Sour if you want something to drink. It’s specially made with Maker’s Mark Bourbon, cane sugar, lemon juice, and Parker Blend.

Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa

Enchanted Rose of the Floridian resort is one of the most beautiful lounges having the theme of the famous Disney character, Beauty and the Beast.

The new addition to their menu is a charcuterie board with a wide variety of artisanal cheese, tapenade, humus, grilled pita, and smoked paprika.

Some other lip-smacking dishes that the restaurant has added are Smoked trout, Salmon roe with crab dip, lavishly made with sesame seed, and chive oil.

Apart from that, the newly added Caviar is something worth trying. It is made of Siberian caviar, caper berries, brioche, crème Fraiche, and egg yolk spread.

Now, if you’re not too about that, you can try their Seasonal Flatbread that comes with artichoke, ricotta, fig, watercress, and roasted garlic.

And in the desert, the must-try is the Molten Chocolate Cake topped with fresh raspberries and raspberry sauce.

Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Scat Cat’s Club

Now since Port Orleans is huge, there are many dining and food options available for you to choose from. Scat Cat’s Club and Lounge have added some fantastic new dishes with exciting names.

For example, The Sassy Sassagoula Sliders, what a name! This dish is made of barbequed jackfruit with fried and slaw pickles, green tomatoes fried with pepper jelly and giardiniera, and a baked “fish” spiced with arugula and rémoulade.

Disney’s BoardWalk Inn – Belle Vue Lounge

At BoardWalk Inn, Belle Vue Lounge has excellent drink menus like the Orange Blossom Manhattan, the Sparkling Hibiscus, and the Agave Garden.

These drinks are worth a try. The drinks include Hibiscus Liqueur, sparkling grapefruit, and passion fruit. It has an exciting and different flavor that caters to the quench for a refreshing tropical drink you have ever tried.

Disney’s Riviera Resort – Primo Piatto

A new dessert at The Riviera Resort claims to be their signature dish. The Riviera Signature Cookie is made with ground oats, chocolate chips, toasted pistachios, California walnuts, sea salt, and dried cherries.
