Disney DAS Pass registration

Disney DAS registration can be done in two ways. Whatever be the way, the person wanting to apply for DAS should be present during registration.

This is because as part of the process, a photo will have to be clicked in order to complete the registration process.

Even before that, the guest should have a valid Park Pass reservation and theme park tickets linked to the respective accounts.

Advanced Registration

The first method of doing Disney das pass registration is to register in advance.

If you have anxiety about having physical conversations, you can also book a live video chat with any Cast Member.

The registration for DAS pass opens 30 days before your first visit to the park. However, you need to complete your registration a minimum of 48 hours before your day of visit. It starts at 7 am and ends at 10 pm EST.

The downside of advanced registration is that it takes a huge time to wait for the live chat to happen. More importantly, once the live chat starts, it gives you only ten minutes to respond to the message.

By registering for the DAS pass in advance, you become eligible for two DAS advance selections after your chat ends.

So, if you don’t mind waiting for a long time virtually and don’t want to spend time registering for it in the park, advance registration is your way forward.

In Park registration

If you can have your anxiety at bay, you can also opt for the in park registration. For this you will have to wait till the time you visit the park physically.

You will have to meet the person responsible for handling Guest Relations. Upon assessment, you will be then provided with a das pass.

Apart from visiting the Guest Relations Office, you can also visit the blue umbrella kiosk of Guest Experience inside any theme park.

The latter option has lesser wait times than the Guest relations Office. However, you need to keep this in mind, you cannot opt for advance registration on the day of your park visit. So, to avoid queues it is best to stay vigilant and book the pass in advance.

If you are someone who is more comfortable in speaking in person, then the in-park registration is a more suitable option for you. If you visit the blue umbrella kiosks then it becomes all the more easier for they usually have much shorter wait times.
